Charisma Realty has been serving Hull and the South Shore of Boston for over 30 years. Our recent merger with Sea Coast Homes has given us some of the most experienced realtors in Hull. Ida Fagone-McNamara and Minnie Yaffee started together back in the 70's and became very successful and both opened up their own offices. Time passed and many years of working side by side as friends and reciprocating real estate partners, Ida and Minnie decided it was time to team up as one great office.
