Linda Beres has rejoined Charisma Realty after taking some time off from selling. Beres and her family settled in Hull in 1974, drawn here, she says, by "Hull's natural beauty, spectacular views, and unique community." She earned a master's degree in environmental science in 1982 and worked for a time as Hull's shellfish warden while also selling real estate for Charisma. Beres has been active in the community as a project leader for the Hull Environmental Corps at Hull High and taught at the South Shore Charter School. She served as the governor's representative to the Mass. Water Resources Authority and as an advisor to Coastal Zone Management.
